Latest amendment to Huerfano County's Commercial MJ rules & regulations.  

American Journal of Public Health claims that legalizing medical marijuana reduces suicide rates by five percent among the general population and by as much as 10 percent among young male population.  It also mentions the decrease in alcohol use due to medical marijuana legalization.
